Dear Paul,

On behalf of the residents of the Seamont Place Condominium and me personally, I wish to thank you for the fine waterproofing work you and your crew did for us this past week.

From the prompt submission of your estimate to the final clean-up, your professionalism and old-school work-ethic was much appreciated. I have done business with many contractors; painting, roofing, remodelling, cement, etc., but you and your company have been the easiest of all to work with. I especially appreciated being able to communicate with you by phone whenever the need arose. With many contractors this is not possible.

The men who did the excavation and pipe work were hard-working, on time, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They also took care not to damage the new siding and stucco work on the building. When the job was done and all cleaned up, it looked like you had never been here!

We have had you here three different times on three different jobs to rectify the shoddy work done by the original building contractor. Each time the work was done quickly with a minimum of mess and at a reasonable price. On your first job, some waterproofing contractors would not even bid on the job, too much hard work! Others wanted way more money that it was worth.

I guess the best compliment I can give to you and your men is that you did the work the way I would have done it; and I'm pretty picky!
