We know that it was not an easy task. We appreciate the concern that you and your crew took with it.

While we will not know fully for several months whether or not our back yard drainage problem is totally solved, the early results are very good. The gully washer that happened last week following a day of soaking was easily handled. No adverse reports!

And, our neighbor made a special effort to determine in the driveway drainage was working. It worked great – thanks especially to the concrete collar that you determined was needed after you had left the job. My neighbor was especially concerned about that and had determined the need of that collar independently of your assessment and discovered you had added it when he inspected during the downpour. He (as Cherie and I) was very impressed that you would come back and add the collar.
